  2. Conducting extensive study and research on the important issues of the country regarding foreign policy and to adopt the recommendations through various programs;

Developing and maintaining relations with foreign countries, international governmental and nongovernmental organizations, and other national and international organizations and individuals who are dedicating to work in the human values, to contribute for democracy, human rights and mutual benefits;
  4.  Studying of the policies, planning and programs regarding foreign affairs and to contribute for making such policies, planning and programs more effective.
  5. Conducting discussions on the international relations and its effects
  6. Conducting research and study and organize workshops and seminars on the effect of globalization and liberalization in Nepal
  7.  Organizing discussion and interactions with national and international experts
  8. Playing a role for building public opinions at national and international level on global warming and to conduct activities for awareness relating to the global warming.
  9. Lobbying and recommending to the concern sector for foreign aid and educational opportunities.
  10. Conducting discourse at national and international level on the best use of natural resources of Nepal
